New Link Added! Now With More Zest!
I've added a link to an old curmudgeon I've been reading for some time, but not really sharing. He's a retired reporter from a variety of rags including 'Soldier of Fortune'. He's the only blogger I know of, who's lived in a mud hut with African revolutionaries.
Check out Fred On Everything.

Fun stuff.
Fred's great, I discovered him last year, (although I don't visit anyone much, lately!) I deeply appreciate any kind of straight talk these days. Speakin' of which, another one I like a lot is American Short-Timer. He hasn't written much lately either, but his past writings blow me away.
Wease, you asked where I was on Past is Prologue. I moved to Farmgirl, remember? You are right though. I have been enjoying real life way too much to spend a lot of time blogging or arguing on the Internet any more. This whole past fall season was so busy with gardening, canning, hunting, and now it's the holidays... Mostly now I just enjoy reading other people's blogs and occasionally commenting when the mood strikes me.

Your move slipped my mind. I was thinking FarmGirl was someone else.
I enjoy your writing. I missed it. I'll have to change my link for you.
I feel bad about some of our miscommunications. I'm a natural born trouble maker. Its hard at times to fight my nature.
Wease, you shouldn't feel bad in the least! I looove arguing with people who drive me nuts :)
I still kept some of the Past is Prologue up and people still come by and comment sometimes, so it isn't totally dead. But I don't know if I will add anything to it. Farmgirl has been very sparse lately, but I will probably write a bit more this winter. I wanted to get away from all the political negativity, and focus on learning and living the changes I believe in.
Well, I wanna join Weas in that one, Sarah. I love your Farmgirl site (and my wife was blown away by the pictures).
I'm sorry we butted heads at CFN too -- seems that's just the way it goes there, with everyone.
It's one reason I barely go there anymore; all fights, all the time.
I linked to Farmgirl months ago, after I first stopped in. And I've been waiting for a new post for some time now. I love the pictures of the jarred fruit, but surely you've taken down some beast for meat by now, no? ;-)
Hey guys, thought I'd drop you a line. JHK or some damn troll sent me a nasty e-mail some time ago and sent me off the deep end. I'll try to stay in touch better. More later. - Mort -
