Yea, I saw it featured on CNBC, when there were 32 in demise last week.

I have said it before and I 'll say it again, "Just like Casey Serin and the Fed Banks."

Can someone answer a terribly naive question for me? I have a 30-yr fixed rate mortgage that was sold to Countrywide. Aside from lousy customer service, do I have anything to worry about?

You might some problems with loan servicing. Your payments may get counted late or very late. It may effect your credit.

I'm having problems with Wells Fargo. They aren't correctly crediting my loan since they bought it. They've also counted payments late, when they cashed the checks on time.

I'll be calling them tomorrow and possibly referring this to my attorney.
