I've started a new blog today called Freezing and Canning.
I'll be posting various recipes from time to time and posts about any canning I'm gettign around to doing.

Hi Weaseldog,
Great idea! I just got a pressure cooker, canning jars,lids and some books for christmas. I'm learning but I have a lot to learn. I will be glad to help if you would like me too.
