She was rational, explained her part of the story well. The Phoenix, AZ TSA goons were laying in wait for her because they had hassled her so much about the breast milk before that she researched the rules. (She has an infant child at home, and flies from L.A. to Phoenix once a week for regular business meetings, and pumps milk while she's there.) Even though she had the proper procedures printed out, and was obviously no terrorist threat, it goes to show what little people will do when they are given any shred of authority.

As much as I'd like to defend government workers (seems like what a good liberal should do) I say "Feck the entire TSA Gestapo." It's a worthless, bloated authoritarian parasite that will kill its host, the airline industry. Mrs. Bukko and I will NOT fly into or through the U.S. as long as Heimat Seicherheit is operational, not even to HawaiI, where we'd like to go again. I wouldn't be surprised if overseas tourism drops by half. Who wold want to fly to the Soviet Union again, especially if the USSR had a reputation for being filled with random gun massacres? The USA is SO fucked...
