I just got off the phone with Joe who just got back from Iraq and moved to a gaited place off base. Anyway thinking about the barracks and those conditions, I at first found it unbelievable but thinking about it I am not really surprised.
15 months in the heat with no habitation and upkeep, seems like that might be normal though it would piss me off that no one came in to keep things up while I was off fighting!
