Isn't this one of the events that he can use as justification to declare Martial Law? According to his own signing statements?

Goldman Sachs Group and Morgan Stanley look like survivors in Wall Street's purging of stand-alone investment banks. But the prize will be bitter.
The investment banks report results this week for their fiscal third quarter, which ended in August.
Analysts expect a profit from both but have slashed estimates in recent months amid the firestorm in financial markets.
What about Washington Mutual. Pharmacy companies are taking a big hit and Greenspan the engineer pf all this as I have been pointing out for years now is saying this could be the worse in a hundred years. Absolutely! With more war coming you know what is coming this fall or before Bush is done 1/20. We're fucked!
