Sorry DB, I've been swamped by work and haven't had time to give you the rebuttal I promised. Work that pays the bills comes first. Because I'm a capitalist!

It's still on my list of things to do though.

For the next few days I'll be out of pocket for a four day weekend of music with a Michael Black concert and jam session, then an NTIF weekend complete with after hours sessions...
