Do You Know What This Symbol Means?

Well, it's a busy picture, and I thought the article was a joke. So if there had been a multiple choice selection, I was going to pick, "Excess Passenger Gas Detected". I would guess something about low tire inflation. Now I'll check the linky to see if I was right.

Got it! That said, on these supposedly "all-culture" pictograms that come with many products, wordlessly explaining how to use them or put them together, 75% of the time I can't figure out what the hell they're trying to tell me. And I consider myself good at interpreting accents, cross-cultural signals and other cues. Who comes up with this chit ennyway?
