I know, it's a little bit early...
I think I finally discovered what I want for Christmas.
1. Good friends.
2. Good food and beverages.
3. A new coat.
4. A place to put my beer when I'm at a jam session...

I'm reminded of The Who's John Entwistle with his drink holders on his mic stand. One for wine and one for cognac.
Family, friends and food! Yes!
And I would love a garden and sock knitting machine!

Merry Christmas Weaseldog
Well, Weaseldog, I'm leaving home next week. I've raised the kids and done as much as I could for others. It's time to start trying to make some of my dreams come true.
One of those dreams was to go to Sub-Saharan Africa and work on the AIDS crisis there. I can't do that yet, but I did send a young man off to the Peace Corps for just such a mission with lots of well wishes.
I am on my way to Latin America... to learn more about organic farming, food security and biodiversity and rainforest conservation. This should keep me very occupied this Christmas and next... after that? Who knows but perhaps Africa will happen one day.
Usually every year I offer one of my special Christmas Holiday Miracle Wishes to somebody I don't really know. This year, I hope it goes to you and your family.
May the universe bring you unexpected blessings and joy this year and may you find folks who treat you as kindly as you do them!
