Andre Bauer - Kick Them When They're Down

"My grandmother was not a highly educated woman, but she told me as a small child to quit feeding stray animals. You know why? Because they breed! You're facilitating the problem if you give an animal or a person ample food supply. They will reproduce, especially ones that don't think too much further than that." - Andre Bauer On Unemployment and Public Assistance.

Republicans have worked tirelessly for decades to eliminate American jobs to bring down costs and pay scales. They've beaten the unions, eliminated factories. They've made China the economic powerhouse of the world, by supporting their low wages, horrific working conditions and slave labor camps. The American Republican Party has been China's greatest asset.

And isn't that traitorous and immoral? I suppose that depends on how you view the world. We know that Republicans see Corporations as people. As in "We the people of the United States of America"... And now, thanks to Andre Bauer we know that Republicans see human beings as animals. And there are good animals and bad animals in his view. There are pets and there are strays.

We can infer I think, that pets are people who haven't lost their jobs yet.
And he makes it clear that the unemployed are strays.

And what is his solution? Starve the unemployed so they'll die out. in other words, kill them.

I don't know how South Carolina is going to kill off, all of it's useless breeders. Official unemployment there is 12.6 percent. It's #4 on the US Unemployment list. That's more than 500,000 useless breeders for him to eliminate.

And those are only the official figures. We know that real unemployment and underemployment runs higher, in this case it could well exceed 20%. That is almost a million useless breeders to get rid of.

Let Andre know what you think of his plan. His blog is moderated, and only glowing praise gets through. But someone has to read the flames, right? :)

Corporations Is People

Karl Denninger defends the recent Supreme Court decision that says that becasue Corporations are People as defined by the US Consitution, they deserve the same Constitutional Rights as their Flesh and blood counterparts.

Except that the US Constitution doesn't define corporations as people. But Karl doesn't care about that. For him, corporations are included in 'We the People of the United States of America'.

But better yet, they are really Super Uber People. That have all of the rights of flesh and blood humans. But a different set of laws applies to them. If through the course of their business they kill thousands of human beings, they only face civil and legal fines. Some of the replacement parts in a corporation may go to jail, but the corporation can't be imprisoned or face the death penalty for it's crimes. human beings of course, can.

Corporations are not only people, but they are also immortal. If they can get big enough, they can enslave governments and profit from nothing but tribute. the largest ones, don't even work in the realm of the twisted and distorted market. If they face risks, taxpayers cover their losses.

So really corporations demi-gods and gods. They even enjoy protections from the US Consitution in many cases. Mercenary Corporations who slaughter human beings for profit, are above and beyond the law. They are greater than the US Constitution.

The Telecom Corporations can read and distribute our emails, record our phone calls, and share this data with anyone they want, without any fear of prosecution. they have blanket immunity. They can record your business calls and sell them to your competitors. They have that right.

So really in this nation now, if your a flesh and blood human being, you're really just a sub-person. While you're bound by laws, the US Supreme Court has now created a master race of people, that really aren't bound by laws, by any reason comparison.

Welcome to the Brave New World.

I hope you enjoy it Karl.

It's Time To Put Impeachment On The Table

The honeymoon is over. Obama was a traitor as a Senator, and he continues to betray our nation as President.

As Senator...
1. He violated the 4th Amendment in voting for the Telecom Immunity Bill.
2. He supported George Bush's unconstitutional and illegal policies through his voting record, while lying about this in public.
3. He voted for more war spending for the illegal wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Wars that have never been formally declared by Congress.

As President...
1. He has promoted the illegal and unconstitutional policies enacted under George Bush.
2. He has expanded the illegal wars.
3. He has fought to retain the power to have POWs tortured, and held without trial, tribunal or international oversight as required by the Geneva Convention. A treaty with the binding force law under the US Constitution.
4. He has fought to retain the right to make people disappear without cause. A practice that is common nations that practice tyranny.
5. He has retained the powers to practice warrantless wiretapping, to read emails and search people's homes without notice. He has continued to allow phone companies to record calls and emails, and to do with those records what they please without restriction, and with immunity from prosecution should they decide to use those records for further criminal acts.
6. He has continued the banker bailouts originally spearheaded by Bush and the Republican Party. Though TARP has expired, the bailouts continue through a Ponzi like scheme of loaning the banks money at near zero interest, then borrowing these funds back from the banks at a high interest rate. This policy is doing great harm to the nation's economy and is destructive to our National Security.
7. He has appointed felonious criminals to positions of high office. His economic team has committed multiple white collar crimes in their previous positions as banking officers. Through multiple sources we have learned that in derivatives trading and through mortgage lending practices, they participated in millions of counts of fraud. Many other crimes have been documented they they could be held liable for, were we to have a White House that prosecuted crimes rather than participate in them.
8. He has supported the ongoing crimes of fraud, insider trading and front running, for certain favored institutions that his staff has recently worked for, and may still be receiving compensation from.
9. He promoted a insurance corporation bailout disguised as a healthcare bill. A scam that has nothing to do with healthcare at all, but places onerous burdens on the citizenry, to force them to effectively pay a tax to a private corporation, while letting that corporation set any rate of taxation it wishes. The legislation does not provide any teeth for forcing these corporations to provide a service in return.

There are more. These are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head. I'm sure that folks can come up with many more crimes to add to the list.

Obama's policies have been corporatist to the core. He campaigned as a Democrat but worked to be a faithful Republican in his deeds. He has worked diligently to destroy the economic wealth of our nation, and to offer up mountains of lucre for tribute to a select group of corporations, that have former employees placed in his cabinet. Some of these 'former' employees are said to still be receiving compensation from the very firms that they worked for. This is a clear conflict of interest. It is a violation of Federal Law.

It's time to impeach Obama and indict him for crimes against our nation as we should have done to George Bush.

I do not buy the argument that if we do so, we might get someone worse. You do not provide aid to a traitor, for fear that he will be replaced another traitor. You do not help people destroy your family, your home and your nation, for fear that someone else will try to do this also. You fight each and every person, who is at odds with your family, your state and your nation. If you depose one traitor and another pops up, then depose that one also.

I know that by writing this, I am likely to get kicked up a notch on the anti-terrorism lists. Under George Bush, it became essentially a thought crime to support the US Constitution and the Rule of Law. People who honestly swear to protect and uphold the Constitution of the United States of America and defend it against enemies both foriegn and domestic, are considered probable terrorists. People who lie when they take this oath, betray our nation and our Constitution, and violate our laws, are the new patriots. Patriots are Traitors and Traitors are Patriots in this new world made by Bush and Obama. And if this is our new country, I prefer to stand with the old. It may not have been perfect and it's ideals may not have been consistently adhered to, but it's better than what our leadership has made it into.

Let's bring this out in the open. Let's bring discussions of impeachment up with friends and neighbors. Blog about it. Make this topic too big to ignore. Make that unconvicted criminal, Bush Concubine and Traitor, Nancy Pelosi give another speech about how Impeachment is off the Table. Let her once again explain how bipartisanship is lying on your back and giving it away for free.

Let's not wait another three years. Obama has already had nine years to wrack up a list of crimes that in earlier decades, would have been plenty to have him brought up on charges. Nixon never got away with so much.

Let's get this impeachment train moving. Please.

War In Haiti?

Like every complex topic, the disaster in Haiti is bringing out a variety of opinions and emotions.

The horror of it, has only been mocked by a few. Pat Robertson being a notable in that regard. His hate and loathing for his fellow human beings appears to have no boundaries.

Over on the Automatic Earth, the fine writers are getting flak for pointing out that much of the world hasn't cared much for Haiti's suffering so far, nor has it done anything but oppress that small nation and contribute to the crisis. Now suddenly the world cares.

Republican think tanks are busy trying to figure out how to make a buck off the backs of wretched poor and dispossessed. But that's their thing. Their plan appears to be to come in with the military and take control, so that the drug trade can be cut off, and we can own the country outright.

I've seen a few commentators argue that if this gets the people fed, then the people of Haiti should welcome foreign occupation. The argument goes that the chance of maybe getting a meal, is worth losing your freedom for.

Is that our purpose as a nation? To make slaves of human beings, and maybe feed them? Are we going back to being a nation of plantation owners in Haiti, with Negro slaves in chains, bought and sold on auction blocks? Is this the new humanitarianism?

We are willing slaves to banks for homes and credit card corporations for nesting materials and toys. When banks can't pay a debt, they walk away and say, "Just try to sue me". We on the other hand, as good slaves, do everything we can to appease the lenders when we're down on our luck. If you have an accident at work, or contract cancer, these predatory organizations swoop in to finish us off.

Why then would we give the Haitians a break? Doesn't the oppressed tend to identify with the bully?

I've heard rumors that the Haitian debt to some nations may be forgiven. But this is likely nothing but a renegotiation, to help them borrow themselves deeper into debt. Their slavery will continue.

Haiti was an unfolding disaster before the Earthquake. It's decline may well accelerate now. The world can't afford to give that nation unlimited help. Soon Paris Hilton or another celebrity will be back in the news and our national consciousness will turn away to other diversions. Haiti will be forgotten. And it will be poorer than it was, when it's citizens baked mud pies with cooking oil, for their meals.

We've seen nations devolve in these conditions. The death squads will be coming soon. Massacres will become common place. The island will devolve into civil war. The first world is doing all it can to grow, as it's resource base diminishes. It can't sustain the relief effort Haiti needs. the island is too resource poor, and has too many humans on it. It must collapse.

Parents of Millennial Tech Magnet Middle School students waited in line to pick up their children at an athletic field on the campus of Gompers Prepatory Academy yesterday.

— Students were evacuated from Millennial Tech Magnet Middle School in the Chollas View neighborhood yesterday after an 11-year-old student brought to school a personal science project that he had been making at home, authorities said.

San Diego Fire-Rescue Department spokesman Maurice Luque said the student had been making the device in his garage. A vice principal saw the student showing it to other students at school about 11:40 a.m. and was concerned that it might be harmful, and San Diego police were notified.

The school, which has about 440 students in grades six to eight and emphasizes technology skills, was initially put on lockdown while authorities responded.

Luque said the project, intended to be a motion-detector type of device, was composed of an empty half-liter Gatorade bottle with some wires and other electrical components attached. There was no substance inside.

When police and the Metro Arson Strike Team responded, they also found electrical components in the student’s backpack, Luque said. After talking to the student, it was decided about 1 p.m. to evacuate the school as a precaution while the item was examined. Students were escorted to a nearby playing field, and parents were called and told they could come pick up their children.

A MAST robot took pictures of the device and X-rays were evaluated. By 3 p.m., the device was determined to be harmless, Luque said.

Both the student and his parents were “very cooperative” with authorities, Luque said. He said fire officials also went to the student’s home and checked the garage to make sure items there were neither harmful nor explosive.

“There was nothing hazardous at the house,” Luque said.

The student will not be prosecuted, but authorities were recommending that he and his parents get counseling, the spokesman said. The student violated school policies, but there was no criminal intent, Luque said.

“There will be no (criminal) charges whatsoever,” Luque said.

Police and fire officials also will not seek to recover costs associated with responding to the incident, the spokesman said.

Luque said both the student and his parents were extremely upset.

“He was very shaken by the whole situation, as were his parents,” Luque said.

The school is on Carolina Lane near Hilltop Drive. Adjacent Gompers Charter Middle School was not affected during the incident, police Sgt. Ray Battrick said.

Millennial Middle School opened in fall 2008. It is part of the San Diego Unified School District.

We Suck, That's Why We Make the Big Bucks

In another episode in the continuing series of Kabuki Theater, banking CEOs are getting their chance to act contrite and tell lies in front of the cameras.

"We understand the anger felt by many citizens," he said. "We are grateful for the taxpayer assistance we have received."

With Bank of America having repaid its bailout money, he said "the vast majority of our employees played no role in the economic crisis" and do not deserve to be penalized with lower compensation.

No, Bank of America failed. It should've gone through bankruptcy reorganization. In a true capitalistic society, we don't expect the government to save companies for the employees benefit, just because the owners incurred huge gambling losses. We don't reward business owners and managers for being shitty at their jobs.

Well we do now.

Bank Of America and Goldman Sachs are now too big to remain profitable on a single planet. They've outgrown our planet Earth, and yet governments around the world are committed to giving them free money to keep them growing.

The financial shenanigans (some are illegal), that got them into this mess, are now blessed by our various governments and supported.

In one outrageous instance, Goldman Sachs front runs third party trades and skims off the top. They have no business in the deal, but because they have servers inside the exchange and can manipulate trading they are able to shim themselves between trades for other institutions and steal money from them. This is computerized robbery of other people's money, is considered to be one of the innovative financial products that Obama has praised them for. Criminal behaviour is highly admired on Capital Hill.

And as to the banks paying back the TARP money... I've written as much before, but I'll repeat how this scam works.

1. The gov buys preferred stock at a highly inflated price.
2. The gov and the bank agree to swap preferred for common stock at a highly inflated price.
3. The stock is revalued far below market.
4. The bank buys the common stock back at a fraction of the price originally paid.

It's a nice scam if you're big enough to get the government help you pull it off.

On top of TARP, if you've been keeping up with financial news that run a little deeper than what appears on television, you know that the FED is loaning money to these banks for essentially nothing, then the banks are loaning the money to the taxpayer at a high rate of interest. This revolving cycle of debt creation provides the banks a way to profit without actually doing any real business. They just latch their proboscis into the juicy flesh of the US Taxpayer and start sucking.

Another nice scam, if you're big enough to get politicians to sell out their country for you.

I don't expect anything out of these hearings. We have another crash coming, and fixing the system would make it happen sooner. The banks are gambling and making huge fake profits, on imaginary assets. If their holdings weren't valued with con artists trickery, they'd be functionally bankrupt. If they went Mark To Mark, valuing their toxic loans for what they are actually worth instead of what they wish they were worth, they'd have negative equity.

Wait, they are bankrupt! Without regular infusions of taxpayer welfare whore payments, they'd be going bankrupt now!

the US debt is now $10 trillion, and revenue is $2 Trillion. The revenue is going to keep falling. It's just a matter of time before the stress of rapidly expanding debt and falling receipts, plunge our nation into default.

And the parasites will still be feeding on us.

I Am A Racist Cracker

I didn't know until this Harry Reid flap, that the word 'Negro' was derogatory. I knew it was archaic and out of fashion. I don't use the word. I normally don't refer to people as black. I usually call black people the names that they introduce themselves with. On retrospection, I can believe that some people find the word offensive. I've discovered that I can offend some people in many, many ways. Some people I've known, are spending their lives searching for new ways to be offended. In some settings, I've evidently offended members of the opposite sex by saying to them, "Hello. My name is Jack."

I know many words that are derogatory. I try not to use most of them, even in private company, because I find them offensive.

I hereby apologize for being a Racist White Cracker.

I hope that the Republican Party can see fit to forgive me.

I will continue to use words like moron, idiot, dumbshit, and greedy bastard to describe many people who work in Washington, as I feel those words are more descriptive than derogatory.

Finally, I find it despicable that a situation like this could get Harry Reid canned, but we let him slide on his continuing efforts to betray the Constitution of the United States of America.

I'd rather have a foul mouthed patriot in his seat, than a slick well spoken traitor. You can give his seat to a black man or woman that respects the Constitution, the rule of law and the rights of man, but still refers to me in public as whitey or honkey, and I'll be happier.

Actions mean more than words.

This Angry Whitey Honkey Cracker Dude is signing off.

Karl Denninger Is Learning Again

After many times yelling at people, warning people and finally banning people for suggesting that the situation in USA resembles what went on in Argentina, Karl has now decided that the situation in the USA resembles that of Argentina.

Now that it's his idea, it's safe to talk about it on his forums. Or is it? He once made a 9/11 conspiracy post, then banned people who made comments directly related to his post.

Perhaps this is another trap!

401k/IRA Screw Job Coming?

You can also bet that once such an "option" is made available there is a very high probability of the government doing things that either promote or simply don't stand in the way of another stock market crash as a means of "herding" your money into Treasuries - so they can blow it - all under the guise of being allegedly "safe".

Of course this begs the question - what if the government can't pay down the road when you retire, just as they can't pay on a forward basis with Social Security and Medicare?

This "proposal" can only mean one thing - Treasury smells smoke. Maybe you should pay attention to what they're huffing!

And before you say "oh they'd never do that" I want you to read this:

Here is a warning to us all. The Argentine state is taking control of the country’s privately-managed pension funds in a drastic move to raise cash.

...

My fear is that governments in the US, Britain, and Europe will display similar reflexes. Indeed, they have already done so. The forced-feeding of banks with fresh capital – whether they want it or not – and the seizure of the Fannie/Freddie mortgage giants before they were in fact in trouble (in order to prevent a Chinese buying strike of US bonds and prevent a spike in US mortgage rates), shows that private property can be co-opted – or eliminated – with little due process if that is required to serve the collective welfare.

Any questions?

Yes Karl, I have questions.

When will you learn that other people know stuff too?
When will you learn that other people can figure out stuff that you haven't work out yet?
When will you apologize for dumping on people, for pointing out ideas that you'll later pretend are yours?

In all honesty though, he worked this out about a year sooner than I thought he would.

Of course I'm still banned from his forums for writing about this and other topics where i had ideas he hadn't published yet, or simply disagreed with him.

But then he runs his site to make money. He needs to be the top dog on his porch. He can't afford to give the appearance of learning things from his readers.

Thank God I do this for free. I love learning from other folks. I'd hate to feel like I have to give that up.

Thank you to everyone who has disagreed with me and given good cause. You folks are appreciated.

Global Warming

Global Warming is big news again. Some criminals hacked into computers at a University in East Anglia, committing felonies in the process. Then the folks who want to poison our food water and air, all went agog because they discovered that two climatologists are in disagreement over the meaning of some of the data. And Oh My God! A report was uncovered that had the word 'Trick' embedded in the title. Trick meaning a clever idea or device.

And this proves that there is a vast conspiracy in the scientific community and all of scientific data in the world has been falsified.

Likewise the Mark Foley emails and text messages prove that the Republican Party is involved a huge conspiracy to promote pedophilia and child pornography. And of course, all Republicans are pedophiles and prefer young boys over women. We have hundreds of emails from Mark Foley proving this conspiracy. To prove a vast Global Warming Conspiracy, only two emails were needed. Two emails, detailing a disagreement over he interpretation of data, proves that hundreds of thousands of scientists are faking their data and that all scientists are liars in a grand conspiracy.

And the emails never even suggested that any sort of conspiracy exists!

But all sarcasm aside, scientists often disagree over interpretations of data. This isn't news to most people . but to the uneducated, it is a bombshell. After all, don't all scientists know everything? Aren't they all like Professor Jacob Barnhardt? Kindly old men that are wise and thoughtful, working together in a community with no disagreements? Actually they are not. They are human beings that typically spend much of their lives chasing data in a narrow fields of endeavors. they don't know everything. They know a few things very well. and each sees the world a little differently, just as the rest of us do.

To be blunt, when I look at the breath and scope of this 'Conspiracy Theory Hysteria', I can't help but feel sad for my fellow humans and their desperation to believe that their world is fossilized and frozen and that it will not change. Further, that there are no consequences for our actions and that we are blameless.

We are so eager to believe this, that will cling to any pretense that we are righteous and worshipped by God, and all that we do is good and wholesome. I don't blame my fellow humans for wishing that this were true and fighting for their right to believe in it. But I do wish that this were not one of the traits that define us.

We are a species that does things because we can. Then we create solutions for the problems that arise, and then solutions for the problems that the solutions produce. We cannot stop and think about whether we should do something. We just do it.

We build hundreds of thousands of bombs that can incinerate millions of people, because we can. We invent weapons that can burn children alive in their beds, then we use them to burn children alive in their beds, because we can. Oh and it promotes freedom and makes us great. We create cluster bombs that are designed to look like aid packages so that children will open them, hoping to find food. We do this because we can. We pollute our lawns which pollute our waterways, which poisons the fish and shrimp that we eat, because we can. We poison our rivers, our drinking water, because we can. And because we can, we must.

And this leads me to an important point. It doesn't matter if global warming is real or not. If it's real, it doesn't matter how extreme it might be. We will not change course.

Even if science could prove (and science by design doesn't prove anything) that Global Warming is real and it will kill us all in 25 years, we won't do anything to change course. We aren't like that. We'll chase profits all the way to the end of days. Then die, clinging to mountains of gold.

Just look at the Carbon Credits Scam. The bankers see opportunity in crisis. They'll fix global warming for us, if we help them build taller mountains of gold. Do we need a better example of how we value our lives and future? No human being is worth more than money. We're willing to drive ourselves to extinction to chase one more dollar of profit. That is all that we as a species value and hold dear.

And this is what the Global Warming fight is really over. The mega corporations are comfortable with the way things are. They are making huge profits in government welfare whore checks or captive markets. Change could shake up the status quo. Our energy industries are in the same business as everyone else. They are building their own mountains of gold. And they must maximize the rate that they sell their product. So they must fight efforts that would lead to slower sales. It's their duty to money. It's their responsibility to Mammon. It's what they are.

And if mediating the effects of global warming mean changing business models, then it must be fought, no matter the consequences. Corporations do not fear the death of humans. They only know the hunger for profits. Nothing else matters for them.

And if we look at what the climatologists are telling us, and forget for a moment the MSM and political hype, it doesn't appear to matter what we do. What we do today, won't have an effect for ten thousand years. We've already given the climate a push, and momentum will carry it forward. so if it's going to cause our extinction or near extinction, it may not matter. We've already done the damage. Our children and grandchildren will pay for our mistakes. Just as economically speaking we're paying for the mistakes and greed of others.

On some of the sites, folks are now arguing that this cold front disproves global warming. This is a common mistake in Understanding of the Global Warming Theory. 'Warming' isn't necessarily an apt word, though climatologically speaking, it's accurate. The 'Warming' isn't uniform, and it doesn't mean that the world will get dramatically hotter. It does mean that colder areas will get warmer. And it means that the weather systems will become more intense. The extra energy will drive bigger storms, and lead to changes in weather patterns. We'll have intense heat waves and intense blizzards. We will still have cold weather in many parts of the world. Global Warming does not mean that there will be no cold weather.

And of course there are natural cycles. Global warming doesn't end the cycles and it can't be disproved by them. It will however magnify their effects. More energy means more extremes.

Climatologists tell us that since North and South America collided, the Earth has seen cycles of cooling and warming. That right now we're in the middle of a natural warming cycle. Skeptics often point this out. But fail to mention that we're actually beginning to come out of this cycle, thousands of years early. The warming we're seeing, isn't due for thousands of years, according to the natural cycle. So why are we rushing to a new ice age earlier? And is this impending doom something to gloat about? Skeptics say yes. Party Hearty!

Yeah, I said it, Ice age. Global Warming -> Ice Age. Sounds funny, right? If the theory on the Global Conveyor system is correct, then that's were we are going. and just as we're running out of fossil fuels.

The last point on this I'd like to cover, is the idea that man can't have induced global warming, because the warming effect has increased over the last ten thousand years. I worry over this 'proof'. That corresponds roughly with man's expansion over the globe, and the invention of slash and burn agriculture, and the ever increasing use of charcoal, made from olf growth forests. Perhaps this last ten thousand years of warmign is actually proof that man has stronger effect on climate then we think?

In closing, it doesn't really matter. We'll do what we do. This conspiracy debate is just a distraction. Global Warming was never a danger to the hoarding of mountains of gold. You need not worry about the billionaires. They can still afford to eat thousands of lobster dinners every day, whether GW is real or not.

So cry not for the wealthy, they'll keep screwing you over no matter what. It's not the environment that is drivin you into poverty and destroying the future for your children and grandchildren. It's the bankers and politicians that are doing that!

Oh My God! What is that! It's a bird! It's a Plane! No it's Super Environmentalist!

No not really, they don't have super powers. they can't stop an oil rig from going up. They can't save the polar bears. they just make great scapegoats.

So keep on truckin' folks. Hug your children. Pet your dogs and cats. Plant that garden. Raise some chickens. Prepare for the worst and don't get emotionally invested in promises of change. Because if it comes, you're not gonna like it.

The rest doesn't matter.
